Post script: In 2021, Harry Potter JK Rowling secretly donated hundreds of thousands of pounds to evacuate out of Afghanistan women lawyers and their families at risk for imprisonment or execution as the Taliban swept back to power in 2021. It is believed 508 Afghans - Afghan lawyers, judges and their families - were saved.
