Here is the video of the assault, on Instagram. It took place on December 9, 2025 in Forest Grove, Oregon right next to where I work (I was late that day).
The woman being assaulted is Annette Harings, a civil rights attorney and local resident. On January 12, she offered both written and verbal testimony to Forest Grove city council (the link to the video starts at 1:20:48, when she is about to sit down and begin testifying).
You can find her full written testimony about the incident, which she submitted to the city council, at the meeting and minutes for that meeting, under “public comment” for the Jan. 12th meeting (you have to scroll several pages in).
Some excerpts:
These men wore outfits that could be thrown together for under $30. They did not identify themselves. They gave me no warnings or lawful directives. The (sic) did not tell me I was being arrested or detained. They did not read my rights.
The Temu cops left the scene, leaving my keys, wallet and phone sitting in my running vehicle…
In the videos, you can hear that one of these men, Borro, overtly lie and say I hit him with my car door and charged them with my car. Do those lies sound familiar to you? Do they sound like what the federal government is saying about Renee Good? Could I have been a fatality last month?
I encourage you to read her written testimony of her conversation with the ICE agents during her 45-minute ride to Portland, and what they said and what they believe (such as that all videos of ICE brutalizing people, violating the law, etc., are all AI generated). It will put a chill in your spine if you don’t already have such.
